{"id":1936,"date":"2021-10-26T21:29:35","date_gmt":"2021-10-27T01:29:35","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/peggywbarnes.com\/?p=1936"},"modified":"2021-10-26T21:29:35","modified_gmt":"2021-10-27T01:29:35","slug":"managing-your-holiday-schedule","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/peggywbarnes.com\/?p=1936","title":{"rendered":"Managing Your Holiday Schedule"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Managing Your Schedule During the Holidays<\/p>\n<p>Managing time during the holidays can be a challenge, however, I encourage you to reframe your thinking about your schedule by realizing you can\u2019t manage time, you can only manage you.<\/p>\n<p>We all have the same amount of time and hours in a day.\u00a0 The difference in each person\u2019s day is how they self-manage those hours.<\/p>\n<p>Here are a few ideas to help in managing your schedule and self-managing:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Grab a paper calendar or a digital calendar.<\/li>\n<li>Block out the hours and times that are not flexible and are already set (work, appointments, practices, etc.)<\/li>\n<li>Write out a list of tasks. Prioritize each task and block out the high priority items on your calendar.\u00a0 4.
