Stuff begins to creep in small doses until one day you wake up surrounded by disorder and confusion.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;The creep&#8221; happens in our minds, too. \u00a0Little by little thoughts begin to enter our mind and take root. I&#8217;m too fat. I&#8217;m too skinny. My eyes are too close together. My eyes are too far apart. \u00a0I&#8217;m stupid. I&#8217;m not good enough. \u00a0I&#8217;m a failure. I can&#8217;t. \u00a0I should be&#8230;&#8230;. \u00a0I&#8217;m worthless. \u00a0Someone makes a statement about us and we\u00a0believe it. \u00a0Someone else makes a statement about us and we believe it. \u00a0We take on other people&#8217;s words as truth and never examine the words and our thoughts. \u00a0The thoughts creep in, take over our minds and live there and we filter the messages and events of our lives through these untruths.<\/p>\n<p>Just like Kudzu &#8220;the creep&#8221; is hard to kill but not impossible. \u00a0It takes consistent, determined attention to cure and eradicate &#8220;the creep&#8221;. \u00a0It requires paying attention to what is creeping into your home and mind. \u00a0Time, focus and vigilance are needed to destroy &#8220;the creep&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;The creep&#8221; happens, but &#8220;the creep&#8221; can unhappen by doing what you can, when you can, the best you can. \u00a0Pay attention to what has already crept into your life and to what may be quietly creeping in now.<\/p>\n<p>Don&#8217;t let &#8220;the creep&#8221; in&#8230;..it&#8217;s creepy \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Pictured above is a\u00a0plant called Kudzu. \u00a0It is an invasive plant; \u00a0creeping, coiling, and climbing\u00a0until it has taken over every square inch of the space surrounding it. \u00a0Kudzu doesn&#8217;t take over all at once. \u00a0It does it slowly and over a period of time.
